Congratulations!!! Matt Tove & "OVATION" Winners of the 27th Annual Fall Regatta "The McDonough Cup" on Oct 25 - 26th. The 2008 regatta included a course set for Galesville and back for the weekend, and included a great dinner and party at Pirate's Cove. Day 1 was a day to remember with winds at the start of the race at 16k - 18k which quickly climbed to sustained winds of over 35k within 2 hours. Some of the smaller boats turned back and prepped for a round-the-buoy race in Annapolis on Sunday but made the trip to Galesville for dinner & a few memorable sea stories!
